The promotion of our junior staff is very important to us. The aim is to provide them a qualified and a hands-on training. In order to achieve this goal, we involve our trainees as closely as possible into daily work. Individual projects boost their personal strengths.
An example of a successful trainee project is the automation of our cartridge production. In order to meet the high demand for consumables in the HR sector, the internal processes should become more efficient. A trainee of mechatronics took the project together with his training supervisor. With organizational skills, mechanical sensitivity and experienced support at his side, our trainee successfully completed the project: Optimization was achieved by establishing a completely own developed system. Both cartridge programming as well as the chip assembly has been improved significantly. The increased degree of automation allows for a more efficient process and helps to minimize possible sources of errors and to save time.
Today, REA notes 18 trainees for technical and administrative fields.
