Single-use technologies that reduce carbon. Often produced in traditional stainless steel equipment, these technologies can limit contamination risks, recycle energy from natural gas source material, reduce costs for manufacturers, minimize energy requirements and capital costs, and more. Single-use technologies are effective when paired with continuous manufacturing practices in terms of detecting issues or abnormalities, improving biotherapies’ quality, and enhanced overall efficiency.
