- Steel pipes are marked with information such as the production date, work-shift number, the manufacturing origin and a product ID consisting of alphanumerical characters and logos
Special Product Specification
- Marking takes place under heavy unfavorable industrial conditions, i.e. hot environment, oily and dusty atmosphere
- Customer requires a good readable image with a strong contrast to differentiate well from the steel surface
- Steel pipes pass by the print head at a speed of up to 100 m/min (330 feet/min)
- Highly concentrated white pigmented ink is applied and the 16×10 bold font is used at the maximum print height of 47 mm (1,85 inches)
