Not only are our DOD 2.0 print heads new, we’ve also introduced our new controller unit and ink supply kits so customers can enjoy high performance, an easy-to-use operator interface, speeds in excess of 600m per minute, and a far longer life, while keeping costs down. The new DOD 2.0 controller unit is based on our TITAN operating platform, and provides full Unicode and true type font support.

Manufactured in Germany, the REA JET DOD 2.0 is the new generation of large character coding and marking, and offers precise, super-fast printing on concrete, wood, paper, steel, plastics, and other absorbent or non-absorbent substrates. Our mission was to lower wear and tear of print heads by increasing durability, and duplicating production speeds in excess of 600m/min. Highly flexible, given the modular construction of system components, our large character DOD inkjet printer is a leader in the marking and coding industry, meeting the requirements of practically all industrial applications and is ideal for the marking of dates, texts, logos, and other data. Robust and easy to use, customers enjoy 7-, 16- or 32-nozzle print heads and print heights of up to 140mm, although combining several print heads makes larger printings possible.
