REA JET – Software for backside numbering

REA JET expands its software portfolio for the digital inline printing of variable data. The new REA JET Numbering software module enables the secure printing of individual counters on labels for backside numbering.

REA JET Numbering was developed together with a well-known label refiner. With the help of the new module, up to eight webs can be defined flexibly. Thereby individual counters can be assigned to each single web. such as ascending or descending counts and combinations of numeric and alphanumeric codes. A huge step forward for label manufacturers. With the use of REA JET Numbering, significantly more jobs can be printed individually in one machine run.

In combination with the maintenance-free REA JET HR pro Thermal Inkjet System based on HP cartridge technology, REA JET offers label manufacturers a great package of innovative software and state-of-the-art peripherals. This is characterized by shortest set-up times, a large ink selection and an intuitive user interface. Up to 40 high-resolution prints per second can be realized.

Numerous customers especially label manufacturers doing business for the pharmaceutical industry already trust in the REA JET solution and are currently replacing their high-maintenance continuous inkjet printers with the high-resolution coding and marking systems of the REA JET HR series in combination with the REA JET Numbering solution.
